We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Aessent Technology. If for any reason you are not, goods can be returned for a full refund (excluding postage) within 14 days of delivery. To take advantage of this all merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, programmed, or otherwise used merchandise will not be accepted. You MUST contact us BEFORE returning the goods. You must quote the original invoice number with any returned goods as well as the reason for returning the good. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods reach us in their original condition and packaging.
Your rights to return goods are also protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and other legislation.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is defective, Aessent Technology will repair or replace the goods, at our option. This excludes any failure due to improper use, failing to follow the instructions provided with the product and online at our website, or due to any hardware modification or repair made by you. Should you need to claim under this warranty, please contact us in the first instance, quoting the original invoice number. Our warranty extends for 12 months from date of receipt.
Repair or replacement of the defective goods will be Aessent Technology's sole liability and your sole remedy for any breach of warranty and in respect of the supply of our products.
